Blockstone are very pleased to have had their Cove Red sandstone chosen for the new development at Greycoat Place in Westminster. Architects Squire and Partners, have experience in designing with Cove in the past in London with the private development at Yeomans Row and have been keen to use the stone again. The first blocks have been reserved and the production is underway with Decomo as the precaster and RED Construction Group Ltd as the main contractors. The £17m redevelopment will be a mix of 35,500 sq ft of commercial and residential space. Due for completion in 2022.
